[PT] It describes the contact form and the drops waitlist. The contact form sends name, email, country, phone, service, estimated budget and message. The waitlist sends an email address so Movanta can write when a drop is on. Both ask for consent before they send.
[PT] Why we would keep it
[PT] To reply to an enquiry and prepare a scope, or to tell a subscriber about a drop. The legal basis intended here is steps before a contract for enquiries, and consent for the waitlist. That basis will be confirmed in the legal review.

[PT] A retention period will be set before launch. It should be long enough to reply and keep a record of the enquiry, and no longer than needed.
[PT] Who else sees it
[PT] Messages are delivered by email to the agency through a form service. No advertising tags run on this site.
[PT] Your rights
[PT] You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent, and you can object or complain. In Portugal the complaint authority is the CNPD. A contact address for these requests will be published with the controller details.
