The controller is Movanta. The legal name, address and email are not published yet. They will be added here before launch.
What this page covers
It describes the contact form. The form on this site does not send anything yet. When it does, the fields are name, email, country, phone, service, estimated budget and message.
Why we would keep it
To reply to an enquiry and prepare a scope. The legal basis intended here is steps before a contract, plus the consent checkbox on the form. That basis will be confirmed in the legal review.
How long
A retention period will be set before the form is connected. It should be long enough to reply and keep a record of the enquiry, and no longer than needed.
Who else sees it
When the form is connected, the message will be emailed to the agency and saved in its lead list. That connection is not active yet. No advertising tags run on this site.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent, and you can object or complain. In Portugal the complaint authority is the CNPD. A contact address for these requests will be published with the controller details.
